After an impressive 2019 Ireland’s Distrackt Records are hitting the ground running with their first release of 2020, welcoming Germany’s Fluonite to the DR family. Hailing from Munich, Fluonite makes his debut with his Abandoned EP. Two tracks of techno designed to flourish in big rooms, they draw you in and deliver the goods on the dance floor.

A side:
Abandoned:
A solid kick evolving into a heavy bass drum, drone strings intensify adding depth, tone and darkness. The clash of clap rolls building with shuffling hats and the strong lead synth gives Abandoned an edge sharp enough to cut the dance floor in half.

B side:
Overthrown:
Rolling out with an addictive bass stab, hypnotic melodies creeping in behind an array of synths adding a catchy hook to this impressive dark border-lining dub techno track.
